Mark your Calendars! The Heart of Darkness Haunted Complex along with the help of Trekman Racing bring you Waterloo/Cedar Fall's First Zombie Fun Run!
Are You a Zombie or a Survivor? Here’s your chance to out-run, out-wit, and survive a field full of brain thirsty Zombies in the Surviving The Dead Fun Run!Fun Run Survivors are given a head start in this flag football style race by taking the field first... then the Dead are released as a Horde! The Run will start when the Air Horn blares and again to end it. There will be referees in the field to keep things safe and to have any Survivors without flags exit the race. As the infected Survivors are removed it becomes harder to 'Stay Alive' as the Infected will begin to out number the living. We will hold several timed Survival Races till all have had a chance to participate and from each of those races we will collect the names of all who made it out alive. Survivor flag total will be the qualifier for entering into drawings for prizes from local sponsors! Participants have the option of competing as a Survivor or a Zombie with full makeup done by one of our amazing makeup artists!
T-shirts, Food and Beverages will be available for purchase but lawn chairsand coolers are welcome. Remember, this is a fun, Family event, so ABSOLUTELY NO alcohol on premises.
